Country Garden Holdings Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in property development in China. The Company operates in four segments: Property Development; Construction, Fitting and Decoration; Property Management; and Hotel Operation. The Property Development segment is involved in the development of large-scale residential projects, such as townhouses, apartment buildings, car-parks, and retail shops; and development and management of hotels. The Construction, Fitting and Decoration Segment is involved in construction, fitting, decoration, and design services; and property management services, including public security and assisting the management of public order, maintenance of public facilities, cleaning of public areas, domestic assistance, gardening and landscaping, intra-community shuttle bus operations, and other customer services. The Hotel Operation segment is involved in the operation of five-star holels, as well as four-star hotels. The Company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Foshan, China.
