Romania’s industrial production prices rise 3.8% y/y in June 2023

Romania's industrial production prices rose by 3.8% on an annual basis for June 2023, Ziarul Financiar (ZF), referring to data from Romania’s National Statistics Institute INS. On a monthly basis for June 2023, industrial production prices fell by 0.6%.

Prices on the domestic market grew by 6.3% on the year in June 2023. Prices on the non-domestic market went up by 8.1%.

The biggest price increase over the reported month was registered in the intermediate goods industry with an increase of 7.3%. It was followed by the durable consumer goods industry and growth of 7.2%, ZF added.
