Value of property transactions in Poland drop 11.6% y/y in 2022
The value of property transactions in Poland fell by 11.6% on an annual basis to PLN 175.16 billion for 2022, M-Brain reported referring to data provided by the country's Central Statistical Office (GUS).
In detail, over 2022, residential property transactions fell by 5.7% year-on-year to PLN 88 billion. Developed property transactions declined by 14.9% on the year to reach PLN 43.08 billion, M-Brain added.
